Responsibilities Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise prospects in the financial services sector through strategic research, relationship building, and direct outreach. Own the entire sales cycle for complex, multi-figure deals, from initial conversations through contract closure and implementation support. Build and nurture executive relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions, serving as their trusted advisor and escalation point. Develop and present customized sales strategies and proposals that directly address each customer's business objectives and AI adoption roadmap. Lead contract negotiations and work cross-functionally with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements quickly and effectively. Shape Sierra's financial services sales motion and GTM strategy, establishing best practices and processes that drive sustainable growth. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure customer needs inform product direction and implementation excellence. Who We're Looking For 8–12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record closing large, complex deals with financial services clients. Demonstrated success managing quota of $1M+ and owning end-to-end sales cycles for six- and seven-figure annual contract values. Strong analytical and strategic mindset; ability to identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and make data-driven sales decisions. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
