We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a background in solar or adjacent industries. This role is ideal for someone skilled in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying opportunities within a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Identify and engage decision-makers in residential and commercial solar markets
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and sales readiness
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipeline in CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Stay up to date on solar industry trends, incentives, and competitive offerings
