We are looking for a highly motivated and fully bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound lead generation and appointment setting for investment property loan products.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to real estate investors and borrowers.
- Complete a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
- Book and qualify a target of 10 appointments per day for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with leads via phone, email, and SMS.
- Collaborate closely with loan officers and underwriting teams to support deal flow.
