Our client is looking for amotivatedSales Development Representative (SDR)to drive their outbound appointment-setting efforts through strategic cold calling. They are a dynamic company in thebusiness intelligence and data analytics space, recognized for their innovative solutions and rapid growth in recent years. This is a100% remote, full-timeopportunity ideal for proactive individuals passionate about sales and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
Execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and set appointments.
Conduct cold calls to targeted business contacts with a persuasive yet authentic approach.
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and follow-ups in their CRM system.
Collaborate with sales managers to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates.
Stay informed about industry trends to enhance pitch effectiveness.
Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written)– ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting(non-call center preferred).
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a persuasive yet genuine demeanor.
Comfortable working independently in aremoteenvironment.
Background in sales, business development, or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
