Role Overview

This is a customer-facing, field-driven sales role with a focus on territory development and relationship building. The Sales Development Representative will develop and grow a portfolio of flooring contractors, installers, and construction professionals.

What You Will Do

Conduct in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups to build lasting customer relationships. Provide product recommendations and usage guidance. Work closely with the distribution and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent follow-through and time management
  • Comfortable with both cold outreach and managing long-term client relationships
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)
