Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the off-lease workflow from start to finish, including scheduling and tracking equipment inspections.
• Prepare and process quotes for needed repairs and arrange associated freight logistics.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the Used Equipment and Sales team within the assigned location.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout each stage of the used equipment process.
• Ensure all activities are completed consistently with Briggs Equipment standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
