Sales Compensation Lead at Fireworks, a remote full-time opportunity. Role Overview The Sales Compensation Lead will own sales compensation end-to-end, from strategy and design to field communication, dispute resolution, forecasting of commission expense, and the systems that turn closed deals and usage into accurate, trusted payouts. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you'll extend an existing in-house commissions stack, partnering closely with FP&A, HR/People Ops, Sales leadership, and Data Engineering.
