Our Client:Our client is a leading legal marketing agency dedicated to helping U.S. law firms expand their reach within Hispanic communities. Through culturally relevant marketing strategies, bilingual campaigns, and digital growth initiatives, they help attorneys attract, engage, and convert Spanish-speaking clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to build, manage, and optimize a high-performing team of Account Executives. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective coaching, performance management, hiring, and sales process improvement. While the individual may occasionally participate in client conversations and strategic deals, the primary focus is leading the sales organization and developing top-performing sales talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Strategy & Execution

  • Design, launch, and optimize outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone channels.
  • Build, segment, enrich, and maintain targeted prospect databases using various sales and data tools.
  • Develop and test outreach messaging, including email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, and call scripts.
  • Conduct discovery calls, sales presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasting metrics.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Build and lead a remote outbound sales team, including SDRs, cold callers, email specialists, and other sales support roles.
  • Define team structure, hiring plans, onboarding processes, and performance expectations.
  • Create sales playbooks, outreach frameworks, scripts, and operational processes.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting systems to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.


Revenue Growth & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with leadership to align outbound initiatives with company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and client delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline performance, activity metrics, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve outbound effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Director of Sales, or similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience hiring, onboarding, training, and managing Account Executives or Closers.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong coaching and performance management abilities.
  • Experience creating sales processes, playbooks, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into improved team performance.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience managing remote sales teams.
  • Strong ownership mentality and results-oriented leadership style.
  • Highly motivated by performance-based compensation and revenue growth.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within a marketing agency environment.
  • Experience selling marketing services to U.S.-based businesses.
  • Experience serving law firms, legal services organizations, or professional services firms.
  • Experience reviewing sales calls and implementing coaching programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and sales forecasting.
