About the Role
As a full-time Sales Ambassador at & Other Stories in New York City, New York, you are the welcoming presence customers meet first and remember most. This on-site position places you at the center of the shopping experience, where warm conversation, attentive service, and a real love for style come together. You'll move across the shop floor, the fitting rooms, and the cash desk, ensuring every customer feels supported from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with customers, setting a friendly and approachable tone that reflects the heart of the & Other Stories brand.
- Deliver elevated, personalized service throughout each customer's visit.
- Start genuine conversations and offer styling guidance that helps shoppers find what they're looking for.
- Assist at the cash desk, process transactions, and keep checkout smooth and efficient.
- Support customers in the fitting rooms and across the sales floor with care and attention.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming in-store atmosphere that enriches the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- A natural enthusiasm for customer service and face-to-face interaction.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing manner.
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed on the shop floor.

- Availability for a full-time, on-site role in New York City, New York.
