We’re a UK cleaning company providing Residential and End of Tenancy services. We’re hiring a Sales Advisor to convert leads and support client success remotely.
The Role:
You’ll manage warm leads, recommend services, and secure bookings while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings.

Recommend appropriate cleaning services.
-
Maintain accurate CRM records.
-
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

R8,000 base + commission (OTE R25,000/month).

Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.

Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.

Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.
-
Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
-
Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-
Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
-
Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
-
Own reliable laptop/desktop.
