1Password is hiring a Sales Acceleration Manager to drive strategic growth, act as a strategic sales partner, own the pipeline, enable data-driven decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, optimize sales execution, expand market presence, and stay ahead of the curve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise sales experience in a direct or strategic capacity, with a proven ability to influence and close complex deals, within the SaaS or cybersecurity space.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic solution selling — from pipeline generation to multi-stakeholder deal navigation and value-based negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with hands-on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools to drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data and strategy into compelling narratives for executives and clients.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally to align GTM, product, and operational initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools preferred.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous learning.
