We’re looking for a Rubric Evaluation Specialist – Writing to evaluate AI-generated written conversations using predefined rubrics, draft and refine evaluation rubrics, and apply structured scoring criteria. The ideal candidate has experience with rubric-based grading, excellent attention to detail, and strong generalist writing skills.
Requirements
- Experience with rubric-based grading, editing, or content evaluation at Mercor
- Strong generalist writing skills across multiple domains
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in applying guidelines
- Ability to interpret nuanced criteria and make sound judgment calls
