Your responsibility is to provide condition-specific and medication-specific instruction within established clinical protocols, assess patient needs, and document clinical information while collaborating with patients' physicians and supporting colleagues. You'll function as a wellness coach, helping patients navigate treatment and maintain optimal health through knowledge and encouragement within a nursing team that prioritizes continuous learning and professional development.
