About This Position As a Registered Nurse Telehealth Administrator on Call, you will serve as the operational backbone of our telehealth services, connecting our clinical providers with onsite facility staff and ensuring smooth care coordination around the clock. This PRN role offers schedule flexibility—commit to a single 8-hour shift per month, or pick up additional shifts as your availability allows. You'll manage workflow logistics, handle clinical triage, troubleshoot technical obstacles, and ensure every patient receives appropriate attention and care from our experienced provider team. Responsibilities Coordinate patient assignments and provider schedules to match residents with appropriate telehealth services Facilitate communication between telehealth providers and facility-based nursing staff to align clinical care plans Oversee and manage the telehealth provider queue system to maintain efficient patient access Provide technical support to resolve connectivity or system issues affecting providers and patients Review electronic medical records after hours to triage lab results, imaging notifications, and clinical alerts Document all patient interactions and clinical assessments in the EMR with accuracy and timeliness Record patient data and interaction details into the CRM system Identify patients requiring urgent provider evaluation and coordinate next-business-day appointments through Central Scheduling Answer and triage incoming calls from patients seeking telehealth services across all service lines Deliver patient health education and clinical guidance Maintain high standards of customer service to support patient satisfaction and program retention Practice in accordance with nursing scope of practice, state and federal healthcare regulations, and professional standards Attend monthly team meetings and participate in ongoing quality and process improvement initiatives Skills & Qualifications Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Ability and willingness to obtain nursing licensure in Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Kentucky Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and clinical decision-making ability Proficiency with healthcare technology and…
