Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress. What You Bring A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required. Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (NICN) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a NICU setting, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and judgment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
