About the Role
This full-time RN - LTC / SNF position at Thedacare is based on-site in Appleton, Outagamie County. As a registered nurse in long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings, you'll deliver consistent, compassionate clinical care to a resident population that depends on steady, attentive nursing. Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing environments.
- Assess resident conditions, document changes, and update care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments in line with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident health and recovery goals.
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and colleagues regarding care and progress.
Qualifications
- Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Experience in LTC, SNF, or a comparable skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Appleton, Outagamie County (this role is not remote).
