Baptist Hardin Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospital team in Elizabethtown, Hardin County, in a rewarding full-time role caring for patients on our Telemetry unit.

This RN - Hospital position with Baptist Hardin Memorial Hospital is a traveler-friendly opportunity coordinated through GetMed Staffing. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse based in Elizabethtown, you will monitor cardiac patients, deliver attentive bedside care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while gaining diverse clinical experience that genuinely advances your nursing career.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients on the Telemetry unit, including continuous cardiac monitoring.
- Assess patient conditions, interpret changes, and respond promptly to clinical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in line with hospital protocols.
- Document patient care thoroughly and communicate updates to physicians and care teams.
- Support patients and families with compassion throughout their hospital stay.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- A minimum of one to two years of relevant nursing experience.
- Background in Telemetry or cardiac monitoring strongly preferred.
- Comfortable adapting to a hospital environment and working effectively within a team.
- Availability for full-time hours on-site in Elizabethtown, Hardin County (this role is not remote).
