Mercor is hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps and expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot admin, and pipeline analytics. The role involves designing GTM infrastructure tasks, creating scenarios in pipeline and forecasting, and developing compensation and analytics scenarios.
Requirements
- 3+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot admin, pipeline analytics (SQL + BI tools), commission modeling, territory design, or attribution modeling
- Proficient in reading and producing RevOps artifacts: pipeline reports, territory plans, commission models, routing flows, attribution readouts
- Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics
