The Revenue Operations Associate will support the Private Equity practice by maintaining data in Salesforce and Kantata, partnering with leaders to ensure data accuracy, and providing business process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Technological proficiency and hands-on data management and data administration
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and timeliness
- Interest in Salesforce, Kantata, CRM systems, PSA systems, AI-driven technology enablement, and revenue operations technology
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a Salesforce-heavy RevOps function of an AI-forward organization
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
