As a Revenue Coordinator, you’ll work on projects that have a real impact on students’ lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.

Requirements

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Respond to straightforward queries and triage more complex requests to the right teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Support the Sales team with admin tasks such as updating deals, preparing materials and coordinating school visits
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems to support reporting, forecasting and customer experience
  • Assist with renewal workflows (e.g. updating records, sending reminders, preparing documentation)
  • Conduct outbound operational calls (e.g. confirming event attendance, gathering onboarding information, scheduling appointments)
  • Support our Marketing team with customer event communications (reminders, confirmations)
  • Provide general administrative support to Customer Success and wider Revenue teams
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient processes
