Requirements
- Write email sequences, push notifications, web banners, in-app pop-ups, and social posts
- Support the retention team by writing lifecycle campaigns
- Develop promotional campaigns for sales and product announcements
- Create personalized messaging based on audience behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement level
- Maintain consistent brand voice across Purple Garden and Kasamba platforms
