Represent and assist clients throughout bankruptcy and reorganization processes. Collaborate with colleagues across Dentons' regional and national teams on multifaceted assignments. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active admission to the bar and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction. Demonstrated interest or experience in restructuring, insolvency, or bankruptcy law. Strong analytical, drafting, and communication abilities. Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.
