About the Role
As a Respite Provider with Community Partners in Milton, Strafford County, you'll deliver short-term, supportive care that gives primary caregivers a needed break while ensuring the people we serve stay safe, engaged, and well cared for. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who finds purpose in helping individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs thrive in their everyday lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, respectful respite care for individuals served by Community Partners
- Support daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence
- Offer temporary relief to families and primary caregivers in Strafford County
- Foster a safe, encouraging environment tailored to each person's individual needs
- Communicate clearly with families and team members about care and well-being
