About the Role
As a Resources Specialist at San Andreas Regional Center, you will support the development, coordination, and oversight of community-based services for the people we serve. Working from our Coyote location in Santa Clara County, this on-site position sits at the intersection of service planning and resource building, guided by the principles of the Lanterman Act and a commitment to independent, inclusive living.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain service provider relationships and community resources for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Coordinate program needs and connect clients with appropriate supports across the regional center's service network.
- Assist in the planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of community-based programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, families, and partner organizations to close gaps in available services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with state and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
- Genuine commitment to supporting people with developmental disabilities in leading full, self-directed lives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse clients, providers, and community stakeholders.
- Comfort coordinating multiple priorities within a community-based nonprofit setting.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Coyote, Santa Clara County.
