Resources Specialist

San Andreas Regional Center is hiring a full-time Resources Specialist in Coyote, Santa Clara County to help expand and strengthen the community services that individuals with developmental disabilities rely on. About the Role

As a Resources Specialist at San Andreas Regional Center, you will support the development, coordination, and oversight of community-based services for the people we serve. Working from our Coyote location in Santa Clara County, this on-site position sits at the intersection of service planning and resource building, guided by the principles of the Lanterman Act and a commitment to independent, inclusive living.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain service provider relationships and community resources for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Coordinate program needs and connect clients with appropriate supports across the regional center's service network.
• Assist in the planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of community-based programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, families, and partner organizations to close gaps in available services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with state and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Genuine commitment to supporting people with developmental disabilities in leading full, self-directed lives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse clients, providers, and community stakeholders.
• Comfort coordinating multiple priorities within a community-based nonprofit setting.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Coyote, Santa Clara County.
