About the Role

As a Repair and Tool Technician with Home Depot in Golden Gate, Collier County, you will assess, service, and restore small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. Working across our store-based Tool Rental Centers and dedicated repair centers, you'll guide customers toward the right equipment solutions while keeping every unit in dependable, ready-to-use condition. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose issues with small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical tools.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance to keep equipment operating reliably.
• Provide knowledgeable equipment recommendations to customers and team members.
• Ensure rental and repair units are properly maintained and service-ready.
• Support daily operations within store Tool Rental Centers and repair center settings.

Qualifications

• Practical experience repairing and maintaining small engines, power equipment, or handheld electrical devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to make clear equipment recommendations.
• Comfortable working on-site in both store and repair center environments.
• Availability for full-time work in Golden Gate, Collier County.
