Position Summary This full-time role uniquely blends frontline rental operations with RV sales engagement in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You'll greet arriving guests, execute vehicle handovers, and conduct professional demonstrations—helping Indie Campers customers launch their journeys while qualifying serious purchase prospects. Working in our multicultural Miami team, you'll earn a competitive base salary of $16 per hour plus commission opportunities, plus 10 days of paid vacation including your birthday off and employer-supported health insurance. Your Responsibilities Execute check-in and check-out procedures for rental vehicles, including thorough pre-rental briefings and ongoing guest support Conduct engaging product demonstrations showcasing campervan features, capabilities, and specifications matched to customer interests Address guest questions about rental logistics, troubleshoot common RV system inquiries, and escalate technical issues to specialists Log and track leads within our CRM system, follow up with prospects, and qualify sales opportunities for conversion Partner with sales leadership to achieve conversion targets and support transitions from rental interest to purchase consideration Handle service complications with composure and empathy, prioritizing customer satisfaction and building lasting loyalty What We're Looking For 1–3 years of proven experience in customer service, direct sales, hospitality, vehicle rental, or automotive environments Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with demonstrated success engaging diverse customers Comfort learning and explaining recreational vehicle systems, equipment operation, and technical specifications Organized, detail-oriented mindset with proactive follow-through on customer interactions and lead management Ability to stay calm and solution-focused when handling stressful situations and tight deadlines Experience using CRM software, rental management platforms, or digital sales tools (preferred) Valid Category B driving license required Fluent in English; additional language proficiency valued Physical capability to stand, walk, and move throughout the depot during shifts Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 15 kilograms on a regular basis Comfort working outdoors in varying Florida weather and flexibility for weekend, holiday, and…
