About the Role This is a hands-on, full-time position in our Palo Alto, Santa Clara County office. You'll be the primary point of contact for stewarding strategic account renewals, ensuring our most important customers continue to see measurable value from their Rubrik investment. Your success will directly impact both customer retention and revenue expansion within your portfolio. What You'll Do Own and manage the complete subscription renewal process for assigned strategic accounts, including planning, outreach, negotiation, and close Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at account organizations Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts and present solutions aligned with customer needs Monitor renewal timelines, forecast outcome probability, and keep leadership informed of pipeline status and risk Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless renewal experiences and successful contract extensions Document customer feedback and usage patterns to inform product and service improvements Negotiate renewal terms and pricing while balancing company objectives and customer expectations What We're Looking For Proven experience in account management, account renewal, or enterprise sales roles Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated success in revenue retention and growth metrics Strategic thinking and ability to understand customer business drivers and value drivers Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools; ability to manage data and forecasts accurately High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Passion for building and maintaining customer relationships About Rubrik Rubrik delivers a unified platform for data security and resilience, trusted by leading enterprises worldwide.
