About the Role:
Join as a remote VP of Engineering to lead and inspire globally distributed software development teams with an emphasis on innovation, quality, and speed.
Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, development, QA, and DevOps strategy
Grow and mentor engineering teams across regions

Implement Agile best practices and engineering standards

Requirements:
10+ years in engineering leadership
Strong background in full-stack development, architecture, and dev team scaling
