Our Client is a leading Fractional COO and outsourced operations firm that serves founder-led Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. They specialize in helping omni-channel brands streamline operations, reduce costs, and scale efficiently by managing complex co-manufacturing and 3PL relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated supply chain experience within the U.S. CPG industry (Food, Beverage, or Supplements preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Cin7 Core (DEAR), QuickBooks Online, and Shopify
- Deep understanding of Small Parcel, LTL, and FTL freight movements
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal) is required to manage US-based vendors and stakeholders
- Proven experience managing Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and retail/wholesale compliance
- Proficiency using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
