Role Overview

We are increasing our remote support team and are seeking individuals who thrive with assisting others and managing multiple tasks. In this role, you will support clients by coordinating reservations and related services such as lodging, activities, transportation, and event-based arrangements.

This is an ideal role for those who are client-centered, communicate clearly, stay organized, and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized plans
  • Research, compare, and confirm reservation options
  • Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
  • Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Manage updates, changes, and service-related concerns
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Participate in trainings
