Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Valid Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in your jurisdiction. Minimum 5 years of direct structural design experience for building systems. Proficiency with engineering design software (GSE Aluminum, Dlubal RFEM/RSTAB, or equivalent); SolidWorks knowledge is valued. Solid command of building codes, ICC standards, and structural safety principles. Prior experience with aluminum or timber products in construction is preferred. Strong project management capabilities, including task prioritization, timeline management, and oversight of complex deliverables. Proven leadership and mentoring ability with excellent communication skills for engineers, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort adopting additional engineering platforms.
