Marrina Decisions is hiring a full-time Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their team fully remote from California, US — a strategic role at the intersection of customer engagement, multi-channel campaign execution, and startup ecosystem growth.
About the Role
As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end marketing campaigns that span the full customer journey — from awareness through retention — with a particular focus on the Company for Startups Program. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and coordinate with external agency partners to build campaigns that move the needle on both acquisition and long-term engagement.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of global lifecycle marketing campaigns across paid media, email, event marketing, and sales enablement channels
- Drive customer engagement and communications strategy within the Company for Startups Program, ensuring messaging is timely, relevant, and conversion-focused
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between external agencies and internal stakeholders, aligning creative, strategy, and delivery
- Develop audience segmentation frameworks and personalization approaches to improve campaign performance across the full funnel
- Build and manage inbound and outbound sales enablement assets that support pipeline generation and acceleration
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, using data to continuously refine messaging, targeting, and channel mix
- Maintain campaign calendars and project timelines, keeping cross-functional teams aligned on priorities and deliverables
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management — ideally within a B2B or startup-focused environment
- Hands-on expertise with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and paid media channels
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, funnel metrics, and engagement-driven content strategy
- Experience managing agency relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a global context, adapting campaigns for diverse audiences and markets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable optimizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can turn a complex campaign brief into clear, compelling direction
