Role Overview
We are expanding our remote team and are looking for dependable,detail-oriented individuals who enjoy assisting clients and handling multiplepriorities. In this role, you will help coordinate reservations and relatedservices, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and event-basedarrangements.
This position is an ideal place for individualswho communicate clearly, stay organized, and are comfortable workingindependently in a remote setting while collaborating with a supportive team.
KeyResponsibilities
Support clients with planning and coordinating customized arrangements
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options based on client needs
Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
Communicate professionally via email and phone
Assist with updates, changes, and service-related inquiries
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Participate in training sessions

Qualifications
Authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
