The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing automated processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating efficient automation solutions that improve business performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, systems operations, workflow automation, or related roles.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar languages preferred).
- Experience working with CRM platforms and business systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
