North Easton Savings Bank is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker II to join its Retail Division at its Brockton, Plymouth County branch — bringing community-first banking to one of southeastern Massachusetts's most vibrant cities.

About the Role

As a Relationship Banker II at North Easton Savings Bank, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner for personal and small business customers in the Brockton community. This is a branch-based, customer-facing position where relationship-building and financial guidance go hand in hand.

What You'll Do

• Open and service a full range of personal and business deposit accounts, including checking, savings, money market, and certificates of deposit
• Assess customer financial needs and recommend appropriate NESB products and services, including consumer loans and referrals to mortgage or investment specialists
• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up, and consistent, personalized service
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all applicable banking regulations and internal policies
• Contribute to branch sales goals by identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities during every customer interaction
• Support branch operations, including vault balancing, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures as needed
• Participate in local community events that reflect NESB's commitment to the neighborhoods it serves

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or a customer-facing sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience
• Solid understanding of core banking products and the ability to match them to individual customer goals
• Strong communication skills — comfortable in face-to-face conversations as well as written and phone-based outreach
• Detail-oriented with the organizational skills to manage multiple priorities accurately in a branch setting
• A genuine commitment to community and the values that define community banking
