The Reimbursement Services Specialist is responsible for requesting dispute paperwork, monitoring and tracking invoices and payments, and following up with arbitrators to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
Requirements
- Requests W-9s and Invoices from Arbitrators.
- Monitors the Invoice folder for incoming documentation.
- Processes and submits invoices for Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
- Tracks outstanding payments and follows up on unresolved transactions
- Maintains the Arbitrator contact list; request updates as necessary.
- Updates the Invoice Checklist daily.
- Follows up with arbitrators as needed, to ensure accurate and complete documentation
