Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control, safety, and emergency response procedures. What We're Looking For Active Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina. Preferred experience in cardiac step‑down, telemetry, or progressive care settings. Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the capacity to mentor peers and contribute to a positive work culture.
