Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the Role

This full-time, on-site RBT position places you at the heart of our clinical team in Rex, Clayton County. Working directly with clients, you'll carry out individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), turning evidence-based ABA strategies into meaningful, everyday progress for the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients with developmental disabilities.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs as outlined by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and document each client's response to teaching and intervention.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily-living skills toward their individual goals.
• Partner with families and clinical staff to maintain consistency and celebrate every milestone reached.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or a strong commitment to obtaining it.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
• Patience, reliability, and clear communication when working with clients and their families.
• Willingness to follow BCBA guidance and apply ABA principles with fidelity.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in Rex, Clayton County, Georgia.
