As Regional Sales Manager for the Western USA, you will own all aspects of sales growth in your territory, balancing channel development with direct end-user engagement and driving consistent revenue growth.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the Western U.S. sales strategy, balancing indirect business and channel activities
- Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with decision makers and influencers
- Prospect, pitch, and close turnkey palletizing projects from scoping and proposal through delivery and on-site integration
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and market trends
