Pexco is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Midwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing sales plans, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth through strategic account management and business development. This role will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on in-person customer interactions and travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Sales Management
- One to three years sales experience in a B-to-B environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- PC proficiency (MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
