Point Blank Enterprises
The NE Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance in a designated region. The RSM will work closely with Independent Sales Representatives to develop and implement strategies to expand market share, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, ideally working with independent sales representatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet targets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Will to travel within the assigned region as required
