About the Role As Regional Sales Manager, Foodservice DACH, you will own the commercial performance of Beyond Meat's foodservice business across the German-speaking markets. Your mission is to hit annual volume, sales, and profit goals by nurturing key accounts, energizing distributors, and unlocking new operator partnerships. You'll act as the regional trade expert — fluent in customer agendas, decision-makers, and the levers that turn relationships into results — while collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Forecasting, R&D, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Build and roll out the local cluster's go-to-market strategy and annual business plans. Own forecasting and planning to deliver budgeted volume, sales, and profit in the region. Grow and manage key accounts, wholesalers, distributors, and any local field sales partners. Identify and develop new business across foodservice and industrial channels. Direct trade promotion activity and track broker/distributor scorecard performance against agreed targets. Negotiate annual collaboration plans and create co-branded concepts with partner manufacturers. Gather market insights to shape future new product development (NPD). Represent Beyond Meat at customer events and foodservice trade shows. Analyze sales data and reports to drive informed, positive change. Qualifications 5+ years of foodservice sales experience with a strong account management track record. Background in foodservice distribution, brokerage, or manufacturing is a plus. A four-year degree in Business or equivalent industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that motivate and engage. Native/fluent German and professional/conversational English; additional European languages a bonus. Preferred: experience selling value-added protein and selling to buyers and senior-level key accounts. Culinary training or chef experience is a welcome advantage. Willingness to travel 30–40% across the region.
