Regional Sales Manager for EMEA South Region to build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities, develop and execute account plans, and lead complex sales cycles to drive growth and expand beqom‘s presence in Italy and EMEA South.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success closing high-value, complex deals
  • Experience selling in Italy or across EMEA South
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in HR Tech, Compensation Management, Pay Equity, Performance Management, or related SaaS solutions
  • Fluent English; Italian is a strong plus
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
