Jobot is hiring a full-time Regional Sales Manager based out of Sacramento, Sacramento County to own and grow an established territory for a global leader in industrial and commercial environmental solutions.

About the Role

This is a high-impact field sales position offering a competitive base salary of $120,000–$140,000 plus bonus. You'll step into a proven territory with existing client relationships and a clear runway for growth, representing a portfolio of innovative environmental products to industrial and commercial customers across your region. Expect approximately 60% travel within your territory.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, retain, and expand revenue within an established regional territory in the Sacramento area and surrounding markets
  • Build and deepen relationships with key decision-makers at industrial and commercial accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Present and demonstrate environmental solutions tailored to each customer's operational needs
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain a disciplined pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal operations, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client delivery
  • Represent the company at regional trade events and industry functions
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally within industrial, environmental, or commercial services sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a geographic territory and consistently hit or exceed quota
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Comfort with approximately 60% regional travel to visit clients and prospects
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational habits
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
