About the Role
As a Regional Occupancy Verification Contractor with FAR Inspections, you will visit residential properties throughout Boise County, Idaho to confirm occupancy status and complete mortgage-related field inspections. This is a full-time field position for a dependable independent contractor who enjoys working on the road, managing their own schedule, and serving local communities within their region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential mortgage inspections at properties located in Boise County, Idaho and surrounding areas.
- Verify and document property occupancy accurately and on time.
- Capture clear photos and record observations needed to complete each inspection report.
- Travel reliably to assigned addresses within Robie Creek, Boise County, and nearby communities.
- Submit completed verification reports promptly and to FAR Inspections' standards.
Qualifications
- Reside in or near Robie Creek or elsewhere within Boise County, Idaho.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to operate as an independent contractor.
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation for regional travel.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, on-time reporting.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
