Key Responsibilities Collaborate with regional executives on workforce planning that fuels expansion and supports new market entries through change management. Channel data-driven people insights to leadership and bridge communication between headquarters and country teams. Build localized hiring strategies for executive and high-impact sales leadership roles, and manage succession pipelines for emerging markets. Run annual talent reviews, shape upskilling programs, and craft onboarding experiences tuned to regional differences. Adapt corporate appraisal frameworks to local conditions and coach country managers on feedback and performance enablement. Champion a high-performance culture rooted in Tiens' direct-selling model and lead engagement efforts that lower cross-border turnover. Track evolving labor laws to limit legal exposure, resolve complex employee relations and grievances, and advise on compensation and benefit localization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 or more years as a Regional HRBP. Background within a multinational corporation or regional head office operating under matrix reporting; direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail experience is a strong plus. Professional fluency in both English and French. Solid grasp of regional labor law frameworks and a track record managing cross-cultural teams and remote stakeholders. Strong data literacy, comfort using AI tools to streamline workflows, and willingness to travel regionally up to 20% of the time.
