Regional Director of Sales, EMEA

Role Overview

Lead Radformation‘s commercial growth strategy throughout the EMEA region, driving revenue expansion through direct sales and distributor partnerships. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Success, Regulatory Affairs, and executive leadership to expand Radformation‘s presence across EMEA.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute commercial strategy, own bookings and pipeline generation, collaborate with Channel Manager, evaluate and develop distributors, recruit and manage Regional Account Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists, manage direct sales activities, develop relationships with key opinion leaders, and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of radiation oncology sales experience
• 3+ years of sales leadership or sales team management experience across multiple EMEA countries
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or a related field
• Experience managing both direct and distributor-led sales models across multiple countries
• Experience leading remote teams across multiple countries and cultures
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel throughout EMEA approximately 40–60%
