Requirements

  • 10-12 years of Sales & Marketing experience in an Industrial / Chemical company
  • 3-5 years of experience managing people and directing their work
  • Working experience in international business environment and/or foreign MNC with a matrix organization
  • Proven track record as a Sales Individual
  • Bachelor’s degree of Chemical Engineering and MBA desirable
