As a Recruitment Specialist at Specialty Medical Staffing, you will drive the full candidate lifecycle — from initial outreach to successful placement — for healthcare roles across the country. What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals for open positions nationwide
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of nursing, allied health, and clinical candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, credentials, and career goals
- Partner with account managers and clients to match the right talent to the right opportunity
- Manage candidate records and activity within an applicant tracking system
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting metrics and placement targets
- Develop lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their job search and beyond
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter with a genuine drive to perform — you set goals and chase them
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a healthcare environment is a plus
- Comfort working with CRM or ATS platforms
- A team-first attitude combined with a personal competitive edge
