We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team, focusing on the logistics and coordination of recruiting efforts for the Recruiting organization. The role involves close collaboration with recruiters, sourcers, interviewers and hiring managers to ensure operational excellence and a standout candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience
- Experience scaling processes and driving operational improvements across teams
- Highly skilled in tools like Google Calendar, Guide, Ashby, Slack, and Notion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks while adapting to changing demands
- Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing challenges
- Collaborative mindset and a willingness to enhance coordination processes
